We went with WDBT events for their day-of coordination services for our reception (we had our ceremony off-site). I had not intended on hiring a coordinator, but our venue required one. That being said, I would now absolutely recommend that you get one even if you don’t have to! And WDBT events had many options available for many different budgets. Leading up the wedding they were always quick to answer any questions we had. When we were assigned our coordinator Jennette six-months out, she was quick to introduce herself. Thanks to her hard work, our reception was everything we hoped for! The decorations were all set up perfectly, and she was always floating around to make sure things were running smoothly. She kept our timeline on track while still allowing us the space to enjoy ourselves. It was a perfect night and we are so grateful to everyone that helped make it happen.

I do not know how to properly thank Veronica and Taylor enough for making my wedding day run so smoothly. The only thing I can do is try and make sure you all know that you should RUN and book WDBT for your wedding planning needs.

Let's start at the top - my initial consult meeting with Veronica was incredible. I was only booking for a day of coordinator, but she explained their process really started about 6 months before the wedding. They set me up with their preferred vendor list and a wonderful spreadsheet that had EVERYTHING. A huge questionnaire about the day, who was in charge of what, a decorations list, a table count for the catering team, a vendor meal count, tip recommendations, checklists upon checklist for when I should have something done and booked or thought through. It was EXTREMELY HELPFUL.

At the 6 month ish mark, I was informed I was going to be working with Veronica directly which really made my day. And she had Taylor helping her through the whole thing.

I had some really unfortunate issues with my Venue that Veronica and Taylor helped me conquer. I genuinely do not believe my wedding day would have gone as smoothly if I ended booking with another Planner due to the fact that Veronica and Taylor were SO professional that these huge issues I had ended up not impacting my day because they were managing it all.

Overall, I really wanted someone I could trust to be my wedding planner after hearing some horror stories from others about their planners dropping the balls on their day. I honestly believe I could have through a boulder at Veronica and she would have added it to all the other things she was juggling smoothly and effortlessly.
