Shopping for a vehicle that would fit my needs wasn’t easy. But, Adam Lane and his associates were right by my side through the whole ordeal. I became handicapped when my disease took away my freedom. Being home bound was NOT fun. When it was time to move forward with a van, Adam worked with me for several months scouring the US for a van that would fit my particular power chair. I’m tall, my chair sits tall, it was a tough combo. But after bringing me a couple of options to test out, we found the one! We worked with Adam Lane for months to get my dad a handicap accessible van. He and everyone we encountered at United Access were amazing! Adam answered every question we had. He always responded to my messages. He worked with the VA directly to help move the process along with them and found my dad a van that works perfectly for him. It took several months to get everything to come together but he was always patient with us and extremely knowledgeable. Without his help, we would not have a van and my dad would be home bound. Everyone here is so kind. They always have a smile on their faces and everyone makes sure you are comfortable and taken care of. Thank you Adam for helping us and being so wonderful! My husband received a Pride Mobility scooter as a gift. However, it soon became evident we needed a way to take it with us by car. Spent a week searching locally & online with little satisfaction. My husband has multiple sclerosis. More commonly known as MS. When I was researching vans for mobility I came across this company. They helped with everything, ensuring that we had what we needed. Fast forward 5 years. They continue to demonstrate a high value on customer relations. I called on a Thursday morning as I needed a repair done before an upcoming trip and they were able to get me in the very next day. While doing the repair they realized I had a call back on the brake line and they fixed it at that time. Everyone from the general manager to the mechanics have been very helpful and courteous.
