When we lived in Santa Fe, I was introduced to Tom Taylor belts. The quality of the belts and leather products (and the buckles) is unsurpassed. Being a horse person, I am a bit of a quality of leather snob. There were very few belts I was willing to buy. Now, these may be the only belts I buy. I've had a few for several years, and they were very well. The leather quality is high and the care in craftsmanship keeps the product looking great for years to come. Even when I have things shipped, they do an excellent job. I'm not a huge customer. But, I am a customer for life :-). Thank you!

Been meaning to buy a new belt for some time. Walked into the shop & the belt selection really popped. A sales team member greeted me & allowed me to browse. Found a belt I liked & was shown an array of buckles till found one that complimented the belt. The entire process was great. Belt/buckle arrived a couple of weeks later & love them. Nice souvenir from my visit to Albuquerque.

Beautiful items. This was one of the top places we had on our list to visit while in Santa Fe. The first day we went in to shop it was moderately busy but there were staff people not with clients. We weren’t so much as greeted with a hello. We chalked it up to a fluke and planned to go back earlier in the day the next day.

The next day there was one sales lady working and only one other client. Again, we looked around, found the items we wanted to see and purchase and lingered for several minutes and again, didn’t receive so much as eye contact or a hello. Not even a “pardon” ans she maneuvered around us. And we were never waited on. Beautiful items, terrible service. Incredibly disappointing.

First time customer. What a pleasant experience. I spoke with a saleslady named Emerald who was exceptional. Very patient and she went out of her way to track down the belt I had seen online a while back, but they no longer carried. She located the last one. I plan to be a regular customer now and I plan visit the store, in person, when I travel to Santa Fe, NM in August for the Native American Art Festival. I got my Buckle & Belt and everything looked real nice.....but the STONES WERE OFF COLOR as I thought it would look like the picture. Now due to Philip....he said THEY would replace the Set!!! He said I had Paid alot of money and wanted to make sure I was completely satisfied. The STONES are to be Darker Blue Now that's some good PR to care for the CUSTOMER. I am really happy. I will update the ratings to 5 when I get the NEW SET.
