The Tie Dye Queen is awesome!! I own a collection of her famous weaved short and long rompers and a few other selections of her clothing and I always get SO many compliments!! Her pieces are very comfortable and the quality and color is great! I’m definitely a forever costumer. She is amazing and so is her staff at her store!! Tie dye Queen is the real deal! Her Tie Dyes are unmatched and the quality is superb. I have several shirts, romper, a tapestry, and most recently my favorite are the comfy shorts that even have pockets! It’s my go to for all festival wear. What a fun stop. OK 3 of the 4 of us are not into tie dye. All of us walked out with our own style of tie dye garments. The staff became rapid friends. We had a fun time. They are located against a pretty courtyard. They do custom orders in probably about half of their work is online.

I used to love the tie dye queen! I have been a customer for over 5 orders since 2020
and never had any issues. Even had a hole in the armpit of a shirt I received once and had a prompt reship. Customer service used to be spot on.
My purchase from January 2024 of the Alien UFO shirt was of muted vibrancy in the color quality. I know this because I had purchased my partner the same one a year prior and it was phenomenal. The dye didn't take well and after reaching out she promised she would make it right and send a new shirt. I've been contacting her for 4 months. Customer service had finally reached back to me in March saying they would get it out in a week and to reach back out if I hadn't heard anything. 2 months later and several emails sent to them has left me with no choice, but to give them this rating.
Wish they could make it right, but looks like they make enough money on everyone else than to care about fulfilling their intention of a reship of an original customer. I've promoted the shop everytime I get compliments on her tie dyes, but I won't anymore.

We love this place! It was our first stop in downtown Palm Springs. All of their products are hand made and with high quality materials too. Eric was ridiculously cool and greeted us enthusiastically. We ended up buying a tie dye body suit, 2 rings and a sweater! Eric also held on to our motorcycle helmets/jackets while we shopped around which was super cool of him! We also got a great lunch recommendation from him. We're gonna go back today and get my wife another body suit because she says it's the softest thing she's ever worn! 10/10!!! Also check out the $10 sale rack out back while it's still there!!!

Got my mystery romper in the mail. Did it take a bit of time Yes. Am I mad about it No.
She's a small business. If she's the only one dying, cutting and styling each romper. Then we need to give this woman more grace and more time. Things can't happen overnight, especially with the influx of orders it seems she's having. I am more than happy with the romper that I got in the mail and cannot wait to wear to Elements this coming summer.

Ordered a romper. She sent the wrong one. She said she would send the right one. Then she went to beyond. She got back and I've been messaging her on Instagram. Her business phone is disconnected. Her customer service link on her website is fake. You can't click it. Super shady to have a fake link and no way of reaching you besides Instagram. My festival is less than two weeks out and I'm still being ignored.
