Bought a suit here a couple years ago and it needed some alterations. The customer service is second to none! I walked with no appointment right when they opened at 11 am. I was immediately greeted and offered a refreshment. After trying on the suit and taking measurements, I was informed that it would only take 30 minutes. Not only did they meet my expectations, they exceeded them! Couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. Shout out to James and Omid for taking care of me.

Not a positive experience so far.

Prior to my first visit, I had customized my suit online, including my measurements and selected the "finish in store" option. None of that carried over, so we needed to start from scratch. The website also won't let you export a cut sheet to make things easy. So, I had to spend time with a stylist to get everything squared away. On the plus side, I was able to try the fabric, cut, and match buttons in person, which was great. (Sidenote: Despite a wide array of choices for fit and materials, there is confusingly no customization for a narrow lapel width. You either get a wide "standard" size, or 80's NBA draft "wide", which is disappointing as someone who is slim) There was a significant amount of time waiting around for "a second set of eyes" from a more experienced stylist. Then, as I was ready to check out, I was informed everything on the iPhone he was using was lost, and needed to be reentered. I left annoyed with the >1hr long ordeal but excited for the suit.

I come to pick up my suit after ~6 weeks, and the measurements are completely wrong. 2" off on the legs and sleeves. No apologies were given, just a "oh we can alter it in house and you can come back in a few days". Considering the amount of time we spent taking measurements, I expected it to be perfect the first time.

The fabric and customization is great for a suit I couldn't find off the rack, but at the end of the day it's $1200 for a Chinese-made suit with significant hassle to boot. I'm not inclined to buy here again.

I had a very disappointing experience with Suitsupply. I ordered a custom suit, and when I went to pick it up, the measurements were completely off. When I came in to get the suit altered, I was treated as if it wasn’t a big deal and when I came back to pick it up they acted as if I should just leave without ensuring that the suit actually fit me well. I worked with Edric, and instead of focusing on making sure measurements were correct the first time around with my suit, he seemed more interested in trying on the new fall collection clothes that came in. This lack of care and attention to detail was really frustrating, especially for a place that prides itself on custom fits. I expected much better service, especially at this price point.
