We had such a great experience with Dr. Khurana and everyone we interacted with at Strong Ties. I had such an easy time breastfeeding my first baby and when I had my second, I assumed it would be just as easy. It was not! I truly appreciate the time spent explaining my baby's tongue tie and the challenges she was experiencing physically, both Dr. K and the lactation consultant, Amy were so patient and kind with all our questions. Thank you again so very much!

Dr. Khurana and her team was amazing! My son had to have this procedure done twice due to another doctor not doing a complete procedure. Dr. Khurana is so kind, knowledgeable, and patient. She answered all of my husband and I’s questions and there was NO PRESSURE at all from her or her team. She left the room so my husband and I can discuss if we wanted to move forward, and of course we did! My sweet boy went from taking a teaspoon of milk from the breast to now 3 weeks after procedure taking 2 oz!! Such a huge jump! The exercises aren’t that bad and plus it’s all so worth it. Her office is beautiful too!! I’m so thankful that my LC Rachel nudged me to go to her and make the drive from Haymarket, Va all the way to Maryland and I’m happy we did! Oh I forgot to mention she also has an LC in office and she was amazing too! Barbara was awesome and got us in right away and was super accommodating. Don’t think twice about going here! They do it right and it’s a passion for them, not just a money grab. These ladies TRULY care!!! Thank you Dr. Khurana and team!

Can’t say enough great things about Dr. Khurana and her team. They were all so kind and knowledgeable for my daughters lip tie procedure. My daughter is over a year old and I wish we knew of Dr. Khurana when she was a newborn. I found out about her from my sister in law who went on and on about how amazing her experience was. I feel the same! If we have a third baby I plan to bring them to see Dr. Khurana as soon as they are born lol. I am a dentist myself and I felt so comfortable and know they took great care of my daughter.

I can't say enough good things about Strong Ties! From the first phone call with Barbara, I felt really great about this practice, and felt even better when I met Dr. K for my daughter's tongue and lip tie assessment. We already had the ties identified by a lactation consultant so when we saw Dr. K we already knew we wanted the frenectomy done. But even still, Dr. K made it very clear there was no pressure about getting it done. I instantly felt that we were cared for, and that my daughter would be safe during the procedure. I appreciated their responsiveness afterward, and checking in on us. They followed up by text the first night after the procedure, and periodically after, just to see how things were going. And they let me text them several periodic wound pictures to reassure me it was healing well. AND they don't charge for followup visits so I got to go in for two in-person wound checks - mostly because I was so anxious about making sure it healed correctly. They were so flexible and willing to fit us in. And I am so grateful I chose Strong Ties for this important step in our feeding journey.

My baby had a tongue and lip tie release at 5 weeks old and it was very successful, all thanks to Dr. Khurana and her team. They were caring and supportive from the very start—they spent 3 hours with us doing a thorough consultation and we left feeling very informed. I was so worried and on the fence about the procedure, but it was the best decision all around. I cannot recommend them enough!

We went to Strong Ties with our 1 month old baby boy who was having a tough time breastfeeding in an efficient timeframe, it was taking a really long time for him to feed. We had his lip and tongue tied corrected and it was an amazing experience! Dr Khurana was so attentive before the procedure, she sat and talked with us and really spent time discussing our concerns, learning what our goal was, and discussing how to achieve it. She was also very clear that she would turn us away if she felt that the surgery was not ultimately going to be the best solution. Following the procedure, the entire Strong Ties team was amazing, they checked on us regularly and had partners who could also assist with further support beyond just the tie corrections. I would highly recommend going to see her and the amazing folks at Strong Ties. We loved her so much that we decided to also take our 2.5 year old toddler to her (an hour + away in VA) for pediatric dentistry, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else now. Thanks Dr K and team!!

We have taken both of our kids here for tongue and lip tie revisions. Dr. Khurana is so wonderful! The whole staff is welcoming, helpful, and great with answering any questions. They really care about you, your baby, and what you feel is right for your family. Dr. Khurana even remembered us when we brought our second baby 2 years after we brought out first. I recommend Strong Ties to everyone!
