The staff were very nice and friendly. I called up and spoke to someone called Will, who managed to hold a pair of trainers I was after while I made my way there. It was sold out at the Carnaby store and was the only pair left in my size. Other companies wouldn’t be helpful to put a pair on hold but it was very nice that he did as I was travelling from a distance. Definitely will shop there again as it was my first experience buying from that particular branch in Harrods.

Honestly this is the worst size store ever I have been to in the last 5 years!

I have been shopping at size Carnaby mainly but because I was local to Harrods, I went to the size Harrods store a couple days ago to be spoken rudely by a guy named Gabriel.

Came to the store firstly and there were no workers on the shop floor for a good 15-20 minutes.

He comes out and I kindly asked him to try on a couple of shoes that I wanted to get for myself and after a couple of tries and him throwing the shoe at me, I ended up not buying and he ends up saying “do you even have enough money to afford them?” That was so uncalled for and never in my life, has a worker spoken to me like that in any retail store ever. Began to raise his voice when I said that him being rude was the reason why I did not so and I told him to tone it down.

He straight up shouted “don’t disrespect me” all infront of customers who were looking for shoes to buy. And loud enough for other Harrods workers to hear as well! When I said to him to calm down, he responds saying “I’m the manager, I can do and speak how I want.”

If this is what size stores or Harrods tolerates, I don’t know what to say as this is is outrageous!

Honestly, I was in a good mood with my family, but this incident here really messed up my whole day! Ended up going to size Carnaby the next day and the workers there were top notch! That sweetened it a bit more, but it was totally uncalled for him to speak to me like that.

Hope this gets forwarded or seen by the higher ups here.

This is the most useless store ever, last time I buy from them. Bought addidas Spezial, it was faulty with glue all over it!!!!. Went to the store to exchange and they were having a private party, didn't event update it on Google. It still shows as open. When to they Harrods store to return it, and they say you can't do it because it's not the same brunch. Whole evening wasted. Useless store!!! If I could put minus star I would!!!

Der Size ? Shop liegt etwas versteckt in einer Ecke der Herrenschuhabteilung.
Die Preise sind natürlich etwas höher, die Auswahl ist nicht so groß.
Wir haben nichts gefunden, außer ein Pflegeset von CrepProtect. Der Verkäufer war freundlich und schnell.

Such a poor customer service! I was served by lady called Esra, who was really rude and disrespectful. I would not buy anything ever again from this store.

Terrible experience with Size? Online order followed by an even worse experience in this store.

Had checked out as a guest so was in a soon loop of needing to log in to print a return label.

Ultimately gave up on that and decided to return to store and tried to combine with a trip to the park with DD.

After finding Size? In Harrords - which in an if itself was an awful experience (no maps, only one person offered any help) the sales representative said they aren’t part of the Size? Network and so can’t do anything with online orders. Quite clearly the return instructions say drop into ANY Size? Store - not any store but Harrords. The sales rep offered no help - no suggestion of an alternative and was rude and unhelpful.

Also - the opening times on google for the size?store are not the same as Harrords - demonstrating further incompetence of this company and team.
