Antonio from Men’s Wearhouse is a fantastic employee! He greeted me and was so professional and knowledgeable about all of Men’s Wearhouse products. I have been in countless weddings and experienced many employees at this location and Antonio is by far was the best!! He should be in promoted to management immediately if he wishes because I know he will go so far in life and within this company if he wishes. Given my busy schedule I had a very limited amount of time to try on everything and get measured. I was extremely crystal clear with my expectations and Antonio was able to not only meet them but exceed these expectations! Thank you so much for making this experience so pleasurable! I will make sure to request you going forward and will send all of my friends and family direct directly to you!

I called the day before and spoke to a lady for tailor services on a tuxedo jacket which was purchased outside of the store. I was quoted $50 to shorten the length of the jacket. I drove 30 miles to get there and spoke to Sylvia the store manger. When the tailor came out he said it’ll be $90 for the work!!!
She totally denied what I was quoted and she just shook her head and walked away!!! This is the store manager?
Can’t believe how people spend money here!!!

I had a very disappointing experience at Men's Wearhouse, primarily due to the poor customer service from one of the salespeople, named Pugo. While shopping with my wife, mother, and infant, we were treated rudely. Pugo implied that we should only try on several outfits if we intended to buy many. When we confronted him about his comment, he replied that he had to speak that way to "wrong customers." When I asked what made us "wrong customers," he simply walked away.

Unfortunately, we encountered him again at the billing counter. I explained that we were purchasing four items and had only tried on a few additional pieces (just 4-5 extra items). I asked him again if that made us "wrong customers." He halfheartedly apologized, saying, "I apologize if I hurt you."

If trying on just a few additional items makes us "wrong customers," and we’re treated poorly for it, I seriously question if this place is meant for customers at all. Overall, it was a frustrating experience that ruined our day.

Over the last ten years, the service and business model of this store has gone down. Inventory variety and quality are very limited, customer service is sub-par and attention to detail is nearly zero. After many purchases, my experiences in the last 3-6 months made me conclude that I am not bringing my dollars there anymore.

This was the only store in the area that had just what my son was looking for! They gave him their undivided attention and recommendations for his choices. He looked so handsome at prom thanks to them!! Also, Due to extenuating circumstances, my family was awarded grace from Shanice the manager when it came to returning the rented tux jacket. The customer service shown by her speaks volumes and we certainly appreciate her and the professional courtesy provided. We’ll certainly shop here again soon. Thank you!

Shanice was awesome! We were driving through, on our way to a wedding, and needed something appropriate asap. Shanice not only helped us find the right fit but gave a ton of suggestions on brands, styles, colors and materials so we could avoid tailoring. We were in and out in 30min. 10/10 ask for Shanice

Horrible customer service. Came in to get fitted for new suit for a wedding and they seemed like they weren’t interested in wanting to help me at all because I had questions. Don’t recommend coming into this location. Heading to Jos. A Bank where they’ll take my money.

1 week until my wedding. No email received that the Tux came in. We had to call. My fiance went and the tux did not fit correctly which we were prepared for. This location could do nothing to help. Told us the slim fit jacket was not in stock- called the Mens Warehouse closer to our venue in NY and they assured us the slim fit was in stock and they could help with any small alterations needed as soon as it arrives. Thanks to this location for little to no help and a lot of added unnecessary stress. Hoping to save any other newly weds from having this same experience before their big day. Thank you Rochester NY Mens Warehouse for being helpful.
I am a dental hygienist I work with patient’s and professionals everyday the customer service here is completely below par.
