I ordered a couple jamons, breads, cheeses, and bomba rice and was very impressed. As a person who lived in Spain for 6 months and fell in love with Andalusian cuisine, I could tell that the quality of la tienda products is comparable. And way better than what I can buy at my local US supermarkets. The order arrived quickly, and well-packed. I tried to experiment and cooked my first paella! I will definitely buy more goodies in the future.

After visiting Spain, wanted to find my favorite new foods. We've started having tapas Fridays. Love the olive, jamon and chorizo selection along with sample boxes. Very high quality. Order came packaged well and on time. Will order again. Easy.

Great products. I have tried many of their items over the years and have always been happy with my choice, especially the hams and grilling pork. Have never had any problems or issues with shipping or customer service. I also see La Tienda often rated very highly by Bon Appetit magazine.

I placed my order o December 15 with the promise that the items would be delivered by December 24. They never arrived. I called La Tienda on December 25 and the customer service had no idea of what happened with my order because the orders are handled by a different department. The lady in the phone promised to leave a "note" to the orders department, so they would call me and make alternative arrangements. No call, just a UPS e-mail on December 25 indicating that my order was expected to be delivered on January 6. I called again to cancel the order because I was not going to be at the delivery point in January. Again the customer service representative was not helpful at all and just left another "note" for the orders department promising that they would call me. No call, just a charge to my credit card for the undelivered items. Now I had to dispute the transaction with my bank because there is no way to get the issue resolved with la Tienda directly. I wish I had made my Christmas shopping in Despana; they have a much better service. Lesson learned!!

La Tienda sells great products. However, I agree with the other reviews that the customer service is TERRIBLE. Potential customers: please note that their packing and shopping process is ALWAYS a day or two longer than expected and they like to blame it on FedEx and UPS. Estimated delivery date is also longer than expected. Customer Service was apologetic but unhelpful even after having admitted flaws in their workflow and misleading website. Never again!

Been ordering from La Tienda since close to its inception 17 or 18 years ago. Every product I've tried has been exceptional, with the incredible iberico jamon the crown jewel. La Tienda's iberico swine range freely in an acorn orchard in Spain, and their diet imparts an indeliable hint of nuttiness to the silky meat. Customer service is always outstanding, with prompt shipping even during the holiday season. Can't recommend these folks enough.

I had a snafu with UPS delivering a gift to my friend’s address. La Tienda replaced the package for me and my friend received their goodies before the holidays!
