Great experience from the initial consultation through completion of the service. Scheduling was easy, they kept in communication with me. I was in a bind and needed the main sewer line inspected to sign off on contingencies for a home purchase. Billy came out the next day, inspected the pipe, provided a video, and signed off everything was fine. Billy was honest and upfront with the cost and variances to cost that could occur. I called around and no one would provide cost over the phone. I would highly recommend Billy and Bow Tie Plumbing.

Jose and Will arrived the same day to assess and give an estimate for installation of clean-out piping and for hydro-jetting the line. They fixed the plumbing the next morning. They communicated all the issues, installed the piping and cleaned up the work area. Job well done.

Today was our second experience with Bow Tie Plumbing. On both jobs, the Bow Tie plumbers showed excellent ability to diagnose and solve plumbing issues, answered questions professionally and thoroughly, offered very helpful tips for maintenance and prevention, and cleaned up well. Today's service was urgent as it involved a suddenly discovered main sewer line clog, and they got here in a very reasonable time frame. Maybe most important, they have earned our trust.
