I’ve been a fan of Charles Tyrwhitt for years, even before they had a lot of store locations, and they’ve always delivered great quality for their dress shirts ($100-$150 price point). I recently visited their store in the mall and needed a dress shirt quickly for a last-minute work event. Luis helped me out, and I couldn’t have asked for better customer service. He was super patient and made sure I found the right fit. I usually get my shirts tailored, but their off-the-rack fit was good enough for my needs. From a fit perspective and buying an off the rack dress shirt, I highly recommend Charles Tyrwhitt versus Nordstrom or Saks at Tyson's Corner.

I also picked up some of the polo shirts online when they're on sale 3 for $100. Normally they are $100 per shirt which is crazy.

With a wedding coming up, I had to get a fresh new suit. Sure, I have a few suits at home already, but they're pretty dated (admittedly, they're now a tad bit tighter fit from me gaining some pandemic pounds so it was time to get a new one anyway). It was my first time shopping at CT, and I heard some good things about them. I was pleasantly surprised not only that the suits are pretty affordable, but also of the top quality of the fabrics and especially of the customer service offered. They were helpful in helping find the right fit and style I was looking for. Not to mention the quick turnaround time for the specific tailoring that needed to be done. I ordered my suit on a Monday, they promised it would be ready by the end of the week on Friday, but it was actually ready 2 days early on Wednesday. There's also a lot of shirts of all sizes and styles to choose from, and being that they're made from Egyptian cotton, they felt very comfortable and cool to the touch. CT would for sure be my favorite go-to place for all of my suit and business casual needs.

Non-iron is more like slightly iron. I love the styles and quality is pretty good but the sizing is bizarre. The slim fit would look good on a large man. I won’t be a repeat customer.

“Sub standard product”.
I bought this sports coat just before pandemic (feb or march 2020). I would have hardly wore it a couple of times and then the pandemic hit and the coat was closed in the closet. Last week I finally was out to a customer’s office and thought it is the right time to try the nice blazer I got and it is not a cheap brand. However, to my surprise a customer pointed out that “Hey, your coat seems to be torn”. It was the stitch that had come out, exposing the inner layer. It was embarrassing for someone working in sales, where how you dress matters. I am never going to try this brand.

Had purchased 4 shirts at the same time, rarely got the chance to try those in past 1 year. Now I am really anxious whether those will also lead to such situation.

Service in this store has dropped like a rock. The staff was very slow so help and then outright rude when I said I wanted to use a discount code that came directly from Tyrwhitt, something I had done multiple times before at the same store. What retailer doesn’t allow on line coupons from their own store to be used in store?

I have been purchasing from CT for the last 7 years. The downtown DC store was my favorite because the employees were always very professional helping me with the right fitting. Then I visited this CT store at Tyson’s corner and I am very disappointed with the employees. The old lady that works there is very rude and racist. I took a friend with me because he likes my suits from CT, and the lady treated him very bad as soon as he walked in. I immediately called her out and she started to get very upset and walked away inside the dressing room. Of course we left the store. I am very disappointed with CT. I will be back to that store soon and if the disrespectful old lady is still there, I will completely stop buying from CT. Racism and discrimination is not acceptable anymore.

I would’ve loved to purchase from them for my upcoming work conference but when I visited the store I was extremely disheartened.

The people working there are not only rude, they are extremely disinterested. I showed them two shirts that I had seen online. They did not have 1 and would not honor the price of the other. They did not bother to ask me any questions to understand the purpose of my visit or how they would be best suited to assist me.

If I could give 0 stars I would. For further visitors, avoid the older lady who works there. She is a tad bit short with blondish hair. She couldn’t care less to assist you. Truly terrible customer service.
