Mark informed me that my cabin was outside his service area but that he would sell me what I need and help me with "technical advice" when needed. We discussed what parts I needed and I went and picked them up. He created a series of pictures for how to cut the roof and install the chimney. He was very helpful, and patient, with any questions I had and helped me make it happen....

I need to edit this post. As questions came up, Mark answered his phone and gave me guided detail on how to solve any problem I came across. Awesome customer service and follow-thru.

Mark from Safe and Warm in Buena Vista, CO just finished working on my old wood stove. I cannot praise him enough for repairing it . It was the damper which he totally fixed . He spent a long time making sure that the stove worked to his maximum capabilities, and to instruct me how to use it more efficiently. We have hired Mark for years to clean our chimney, and we have always been very happy with the results, I highly recommend him and his services at Safe and Warm, Buena Vista, CO. Thank you Mark

Mark recently completed an install for us, and we couldn't be more satisfied. He was very upfront about how long it would take to get the stove delivered, followed up with us the week before the install began, and was prompt and professional throughout the installation process.
Even though it was late in the evening, Mark took the time to walk us through the initial firing phase for the stove and what to expect as it was broken in.
