I have purchased the clothes from this shop and stitched from their tailor. I have a bad experience with this shop. Clothes quality is not good enough and up to the mark. Trousers fit ? very badly. Shirts ? sleeves too shorts. Buttons broken down.

Pachhtava ho raha hai... kyu gaya wahan...

Totally money wasted.

Stiching is not good and satisfactory! Trouser fitting is somewhere off and the shirt felt not at ease below the arms.
I would instead try other raymond in Dharampeth or local Tailors like pantwala/ raut tailor /others in dharampeth. Overall fabric variety is good, you can buy it from here.

One star bcoz of no option, pathetic behavior of sales person, not interested in engaging the customer, just busy in their mobile, I visited here first time and for sure this will be my last visit, God knows why they were so frustrated and uninterested in doing their allotted work. Poor experience

Got a three piece suit and a shirt tailor made from here
The staff was very helpful and quick to suggest different designs
The suit was made professionally and delivered by the promised date
The only issue was that on recieving the suit on the delivery day, after paying for it, despite asking the cashier lady for the bill multiple times, she very callously said 'iska bill nahi milta hai'.
Upon insisting for a bill for my purchase i was just given back my tailoring bill which wasn't even printed by her.
Disappointed with that aspect, apart from that was a great experience.

I will highly recommend to shop here. I have received the best service with the team here. We had issues with trial piece vs others that I bought and they happily replaced all the six kurtas understanding the customer satisfaction was important. Quality of fabric is very good providing with good value for money you pay. Alternation were also done very fast. The biggest complement goes to the team who also kept my iphone safely when I forgot in their shop. My special thanks to them the entire team for their honesty and good gesture making my first shopping destination for next time. Very good service.
They allow us to wear our clothes before giving finishing touch to them, and make changes in fitting if necessary before final touch (putting hooks and buttons) .
