Jerome has been nothing but a helpful person to me since doing business. He was quick to know what the issue is and where to fix it, along with being efficient in time and his customers money. He referred me to a great sub system, and installed it same day! He is very sweet and knows what he doing/talking about. Overall, he provided excellent service and experience!

Jerome is a stand up guy. I've been calling around asking what I need to do to buy to finish installing a head unit in my truck. It's 99% working but I'm having an issue with the factory amp. People have been trying to sell me things ranging from $250-900.

I told Jerome what was going on and sent him a picture. He said, I can solve your problem, here's what you do. He said he's not charging me for telling me the last wires to connect because I've already done the job myself. I cannot stress how much I appreciate his help.

Awful. Steer clear. Doesn't do his research, makes decisions without consulting the owner, insists his shoddy work is legit.

I was going to install this stuff myself, but do not have the time. I went to Jerome hoping he could install speakers and wire and amp. He caused more damage than the job cost, and took more of my time than I needed to do it myself.

When I first picked up the car, he pulled the left channel speaker, routed it to the amp, and split it to all 4 speakers. No right channel, no stereo.

He didn't notice there was a factory spot for a tweeter, and he cut a hole in the door panel that sits behind a cupholder.

He used the cheapest speaker to line converter on the market, and tried to say it was quality. But the amp already had speaker to line conversion built in.

He used different types of wire for each speaker. Some were 16 gauge, some were 14, he used scrap. He routed cables underneath the kickplate of the drivers door, now it doesn't sit flush and there's a bulge under the flooring where my foot rests when I drive.

The speakers I supplied were the wrong size; instead of telling me about it and asking what to do, he mounted them to plywood and screwed them into the doors, then cut and destroyed the rear door panels getting it to fit, and it still isn't flush.

He used Plywood to mount my amp and didn't use electrical/fire paint, he used regular paint, which stained the amp after he mounted it. He screwed in said board to the inside and it isn't center, and screw holes are on the metal where it bevels in, making the screw heads stick out.

He broke the car's chimes, they now only play on the internal control panel speaker. He didn't do his research to know that the ACM detects resistance on the speaker channels, since there's no speaker and goes to the amp, there's no load. There's 2 ways to fix this. One involves connecting to the car's computer, the other is installing resistors. He didn't do either, and argued that I was just being difficult and had to accept it wasn't going to work.

Left and right channel cut in and cut out. Since he routed the cables from the radio to the amp with the power cable, there's crosstalk on the speakers. Noise comes through before the radio even turns on.

This is not your guy. Stay away.
