Excelente servicio y atención, fueron muy amables y claros con todo el proceso a un estudio que se me hizo, también en explicarme los resultados en la llamada de seguimiento que me dieron. Gracias a Cameron quien me llamó y Lester quien me ayudó con el estudio en la clínica. Los resultados me los enviaron vía email 5 días después de la llamada telefónica.

I've visited this clinic twice, and both times, the staff provided exceptional care. They assisted me with two different studies, and their expertise was evident throughout. Although I missed a scheduled phone appointment for follow-up, I called the number provided to receive my results. Despite this, the service remained efficient, and I received the information I needed promptly.

I had a fantastic experience at this clinical research facility. Right from my initial call to make an appointment, I was treated with kindness and professionalism. When I arrived for my appointment, the clinical staff greeted me warmly, and Lester, in particular, provided exceptional care throughout my visit. The results of the clinical study depend on which one you sign up for, but I'm pleased with my experience overall. I'll definitely be recommending this place to friends and family.

The experience with Care Access was very favorable. It was easy to set up an appointment and the medical providers were very professional. Although it was nice to get compensated for my participation it was somewhat difficult and frustrating in getting a gift card.

I was at this clinical research site to participate in the LPa program and it was a very good experience. The staff is very nice and professional. There were a lot of snacks and printed materials with information about the program that the site was sharing with the participants. The blood draw was easy and well performed by the staff. After the visit I got the results and also a phone call from Kammerin and she explained each results to me. Thank you Care access. I really recommend this site.
